What a great weekend for some serious athletes doing their thing! Ironman is once again here in Tempe. Today, I had an opportunity to work on several of the athletes that will be competing tomorrow at Ironman Arizona at Tempe Beach Park. Good luck to all the athletes tomorrow morning! I will be volunteering tomorrow night at 10PM, to welcome in those late finishers.
I love it when I get to work with Ironman athletes because they are from all over the United States and they always have a story to tell.
When I'm not working with world class athletes, I am available to work on us mere mortals who don't think running a marathon, swimming 3 miles and riding 112 miles on a bike is a great way to spend a Sunday morning. My current special is $50 for 60 minutes of massage. I am still working out of my home office. You can contact me via email or phone to set up an appointment.
